The new dates and prices for the 2013 English Summer Camps are July 18 -August 5, 2013 and the cost for the 2013 trip is $2900.00. 

In the next week or two the new application and brochures will be avalable.

The Tieling team arrived in Beijing this afternoon after traveling by bus from Tieling to Shenyang for two hours; then by train from Shenyang to Beijing for four and a half hours then by bus from the train station in Beijing to our hotel for half an hour. We then had a quick supper and attended the acrobat show tonight. Needless to say it has been a long day for the team.

Another rainy day in Tieling. Today is Saturday and is has been raining here since Tuesday (rainy season is here). Te nic thing is the weather has been cool and not hot like most camps in which our team has served.

Day 2 in Camp Tieling brought nice weather and great teamwork. Chris and Woody also arrived at the camp site around supper time. It’s great to have them here.

Last night for the evening activity was the game “Good Guy/ Bad Guy”. Peyton was our MC, Kyle was the “Bad Guy” and Natalie was the Good Guy/ Girl”. The Chinese students and helpers loved the game and many laughs were shared.

We have safely arrived in Tieling and everyone is doing well.  Our hosts are amazing.  We are staying in a nice hotel and have a five minute walk to the school.  Yesterday the team was treated to an elegant meal.  Our students will be arriving today and we will be holding our Opening Ceremony.
