Our adventures (a visit to a blind school, a handicapped school, a community center for two days, a health clinic, and numerous bus, subway, and taxi rides)are almost complete here in Beijing. This will most likely be the last team update until we return to the States next week.

We had a wonderful day yesterday with doctors and nurses from one of the Beijing health clinics. We were able to tell them about our medical system, education, and government. They in turm shared about some of their medical practices (acupunture, etc.), and shared with us some of the history and cultural life in Beijing. Many of our team had good opportunities to share individually one-on-one with these health professionals who asked some thought provoking questions. Please keep them in your thoughts.

Tomorrow we will leave New Bridge School where we have been staying the last week to move to a hotel in downtown Beijing and begin our touring time with the other BTW team.

Continue to think about us in the many relationships we have developed and also for safety in traveling during the tours and the return to the States next Tuesday.
