Chinese Students Visit
We have just finished a visit with 11 Chinese students and two sponsors. They were here from Feb. 4 - 15th. The Chinese stayed with host families, and were able to experience many aspects of the American culture.
They visited a plastics factory, two colleges, attended school with American students, attended a college basketball game, went ice skating, visisted a science museum, and enjoyed the snow.
We had a Chinese New Year celebration nwhere the Chines taught the Americans how to make Jiazou (Chinese Dumplings) which is a main dish served for Chinese New Year.
