I can’t believe today is Monday, July 19th in China.  Happy Birthday Bo! 

Time is flying by for us.  The Chinese hosts  are so kind to us and want to make us feel welcome and comfortable.  The food is a little challenging though.  We are eating lots of bread and sneaking in some peanut butter.  They are providing us strawberry jelly at our tables…yeah! 

One night I forgot to lock my door and a couple of Chinese guys were banging on my door at 1 a.m., just to let me know my door wasn’t locked.  It was a little scary but they were just trying to protect me.  One of our Chinese assistant’s has a birthday tomorrow.   Hopefully, we can get him a birthday cake tonight and sing to him at dinner.    I met him in Shanghai three years ago and now we are serving together again.  He is one of us.

I hope all of the McAbee’s in TN are doing great.  I miss you …Savannah, Ellie G and Jack!  The SC Moore Peeps, I miss you all too!!!Are you ready for the trip out west?   Jake, make sure you don’t wash your water bag out with soap again before the trip.  John, David and Mary Alice have lots of fun.  I’m thinking of ALL of you alot.  I miss MY FAMILY so much.  You are in my heart!!!!!!
